The purpose of the Ethics Channel from Oxy Química e Metalúrgica Ltda is to receive reports of suspected fraud and non-compliance issues related to the institutional principles and guidelines provided for in our Code of Ethics and Conduct as well as in the current legislation. This channel is made available to employees, suppliers, third parties, customers and other audiences so that they can provide information in a safe and responsible way, helping to keep our corporate environment safe, ethical and transparent.

Any and all communication will be verified and dealt with in a safe, ethical and confidential manner. The Code of Ethics and Conduct brings together our principles and establishes the guidelines that must guide our relationships in our daily activities, both internal and external.
